Horses to Watch Horses who impressed Daily Racing Form representatives as being ready to win: LINCOLN FIELDS BLACK WIDOW Has been training well and could be very dangerous next time out. JENJAY Good three-year-old has been showing speed in morning trials. Look for a good effort soon. MR. PROSECUTOR Stakes winning two-3ear-old of last -year who appears to be in fine fettle at the present time. MISS ANDREWS Been showing foot in the mornings and might be capable of lasting it out at six furlongs. EMERALD This one should certainly be capable to connect before the session ends; was probably best in last. PRECIOUS STONE Figures to improve over last effort. That was first in some time and her turned in creditable race. MR. PRESIDENT Maiden two-year-old who will bear watching; was going strongly at finish of last racev . v TORCH OP IRAN Had speed in first outing here at seven furlongs. If dropped back to six, could win; or connect even at mile. APASAY Had considerable poor racing luck in last, but was going well at the finish; worth watching. MERRY MOUNT Was very wide in stretch in last trial and but for that might have been the winner. FLEET ACE Beaten favorite who may fare better in next race. Failed to show usual early foot in last. DETROIT RACE COURSE BLACKAMOOR Hard-hitting sprinter comes from smartly-trained stable; worked five-eighths mile last Saturday morning in 1:01, handily. DOLLYS ROCKET Speedy Wait A Bit-sired gelding is training impressively and has been three-quarters mile here in 1:15, handily. TALION Hoffman Stable plater is showing marked improvement and dockers caught him going one mile in 1:43. PIGEON PIE--Maiden three-year-old was trifle short in last local engagement and is due for early visit to winners ring. ETERNAL FROLIC Hollansworth filly had badracing luck in recent six-furlong sprint, but is capable of trimming same class field. PAMPAS BEAUTY Hopkins mare gave a sharp performance at one mile last week and dockers report that she is, razor sharp. SAILS Duntreath Farm mare retains winning form; worked four furlongs last week in :47, handily. SICKLES IMAGE H artwick Stable stakes-winning mare Is coming along nicely; recently breezed four furlongs in :51. STAG Sukundo Stable plater just missed in six-furlong sprint and should be right there next time out against ,500-class rivals. BROOKY Hard-hitting gelding always gives a good effort; belongs with ,000-grade platers. RICHES Maiden two-year-old was beaten short margin last time out; should soon earn initial set of brackets. MILITANT MISS High-class, three-year-old filly gave good account of herself in only local start and probably will improve off that race. MONMOUTH PARK IRON HEEL Swift sophomore was just reaching his peak form, at the end of the Garden State meeting. He has been training splendidly for the forthcoming session. BESSIES BEAU A game mare who seasonally shows a fondness for this course; has been training well. BAKERSFTELD Veteran sprinter is as "sharp as hands can make him; should have little difficulty defeating any but the best. MID CITY Two-year-old has a world of early speed and appears ready to take his maiden victory. DUC DE FER Classy sophomore has been kept on edge since his last start at Garden State and figures among the best of his division. GAB-GAB Training on this filly has been stepped up since a light campaign at Garden State. She ran her best races here last year. I UP Good-looking sophomore is eligible for easy conditions and will be ready at the first asking. NOSTREBOR Improvement can be looked for the first time this performer finds a sloppy or muddy track. BILL STOUT Juvenile has shown sparkling morning trials. Needs only to race back to them to take the laurels. SHERIFF MEEHAN Raced greenly during Garden State meeting. Has had time for further education and the improvement should be noted the first trip out. BLUE FOG Jersey-bred performed well over this strip last year; has been training well and could surprise. GAT.LIES PRIDE Turned six furlongs in 1:13 a recent morning, indicating she is at a razor edge. AQUEDUCT TESSA Lacked ample racing room when in close quarters during stretch run of previous start. Tab for future score. DRAEHS FILLY Last race was not a true indication of this ones ability. Merits another chance against similar rivals. BRIGHT FLASH Two-year-old maiden filly showed high speed in debut and should not be long in earning initial set of brackets. SUN WARRIOR Appeared a trifle short last time and that one may have served as the necessary tightener. BAN JOIST Slight drop in classification is all required to assure victory for this higher-priced plater. HOPUTE Has been close up in recent . Starts and appears ready to turn back 0,000 rivals. SEVEN SPADES Recent six-furlong trial completed in 1:14, handily from the gate, would suggest this one is ready for a winning effort. FREEDOM PARLEY First start following several weeks rest was impressive. Should find field to his liking in immediate future. BLUE BANNER This juvenile miss possesses good early speed and should graduate f rom maiden ranks during early part of meeting. PERFORMANCE Comes from smartly-trained unit which sends its charges postward fit and ready. Morning trials have been clever. BOBBY BROCATO Lacked ample room When making stretch bid in previous start. Improved racing luck is all needed. MERMAN Ordinary plater has been close up in recent starts and appears ready to turn back ,500 distance foes. ALL IS WELL Was forced to take complete overland route when starting stretch run last time. Could score at next asking if properly placed. FLAUNT Has always displayed a decided partiality for local strip. Connections should find suitable spot in future. THISTLEDOWN GLADDIE GIRL A daughter of Noble Impulse appeared able to score her second straight tally over the local track for trainer Marvin Greene. AMITY HALL Was in the first flight throughout her first race here and may be able to graduate from maiden ranks in the near future. OUR HESPERA Had speed in spots in his local debut and should come back with a winning move against ,000 platers going either six panels or a mile and a sixteenth. JACKLYN Was forced wide on the stretch turn in her most recent effort and if accorded better racing luck, may be a winner for owner McCabe. SAM McAFEE Rallied when too late in his race on Thursday. This one may be better suited going over a route of ground running in cheap company. TEENABEE Closed like the wind here re- - cently and should be ready to score at six furlongs running for a tag of ,000. BOLD ROGUE Scored at long odds on Thursday and may come right back at six furlongs. FIGHTING HARP Has a liking for this oval and could extend his winning streak. SNUBBED Looks like one of the better two-year-olds on the grounds and is going to be heard from here on in. BUGLES DREAM Was a trifle slow in getting underway in his race on Thursday and if more alert at the gate, could be troublesome. TRAFFIC MISS Showed speed in spots in her last race and may come through, for trainer Doug Davis next time she goes. DELAWARE PARK KOPES BABY Overcame a rough trip to be fast-closing third following respite from competition. LEVEL RIPPEY Lacked racing room along the inside in last and will give better account 6f herself with clear sailing. ROYAL FAN Three-year-old filly was no match for older Tamale in last, but retains her good speed. POLICEMAN DAY Disappointed as odds-ori choice in last, but early graduation seems certain. ZIG AWAY Bolted while coasting along in front last out and seems ready for winning effort. CHILOG Handled ,000 platers with something to spare and should continue winning ways. BUCK N GEE Recent good training-indicates this one is primed for top effort. LAJOIE Had no trouble handling ,500 claimers and shapes up as likely repeater. TORTILLA Has come along well in training and should appear in entries this week. REQUISITION Won last weeks Mont-chanin so impressively that a repeat this Wednesday seems likely. EARLY WARNING Gave game exhibition when beaten narrowly by Momus and should whip non-winners of two. HAUTEUR Raced wide in debut and seems likely to improve with the education. i ROCKINGHAM PARK DARK STRANGER A promising juvenile in the string owned by B. A. Dario, who has been timed in :36 from the barrier. KENS AND Morning trials of this youngster indicate he has an. abundance of speed and may win at first local asking. BILLY BOWLEGS A formerNew England favorite who has been returned to training and his morning moves indicate he may be ready. SPEEDY VAN Has been turning in good enough works to suggest a victory may be forthcoming despite his long absence. BROOKRIDGE Turned in a good six-furlong test the other morning to indicate fitness! HERON LAKE Walter Carroll has this one training steadily and she should make an early appearance to the winners circle. DAYS DUKE The manner in which this youngster recovered and made up ground after .nearly falling in his last start suggests he may be one of the top two-year-olds on the grounds. PETERUN Should benefit off last race in which he finished third. Rates another chance against same caliber. SHAKE Showed a good effort while finishing second in last outing. Should improve enough off that race to beat same company. OMAHA REDDY BAR Morning trials have been good. Could register a surprise tally at six furlongs here. MASTER SARGENT Was blocked in the stretch when making a good bid in most recent try. FREEDOMS PRIDE Failed in a game try on June 11 and should improve with a, stronger rider. PEACH BLOSSOM Lost all chance when stumbling to her knees in latest outing. DONT MOVE A useful sort of juvenile who finished second after encountering poor racing luck. AUTUMN CHARM Closed strongly after a slow beginning. Should score when sent a distance of ground. RENO JOHN Turned in a good effort when second to Galloride and could graduate from the non-winners ranks in next. KING TWICE A cheap sort, but might surprise in a sprint calling for ,500 claimers. TWICE TOLD Had a rough trip when fifth to Macapt at six furlongs. POSITIVE Poor racing luck experienced in both local attempts; can do better. BIT-O-KIN A slight drop in company and clear sailing could provide a set of brackets for this one. RIVER DOWNS ARGENTAN Was away" very slowly the last time. Should earn first set of brackets in the very near future if not placed too high. BLUE ERRARD Initial outing over this course was a strong third while with some good platers. Should do well again in the very near future. BREAK AHEAD Has been taking the top on the cheaper sort of plater going a -middle distance, then tiring. Should hold on one of these days. FIRST BOSTON Took the overland route all the way the last time to stay in the better going. A normai fast strip should make him a formidable foe. JOYCE GOBER Is rapidly rounding to winning form. Can go a route or a sprint and is infrequently out of the money completely. TIP OFF Has been well regarded and wound up a strong choice the last time out. May have needed that race. PINS N NEEDLES-Has been very lightly campaigned so far this year. Recent effort showed a wealth of early foot. Another effort may be needed for a winning performance. WISE DAME A consistent mare with a bit of age on her. Seldom turns in a dull effort. LADY SANTO Performances at Ascot Park were excellent and the first outing here was not too disappointing. Should do better in an event for her sort. NAVY ACE Could not be fully extended while in tight quarters the last time. A bit of racing luck should help considerably.
