Irish-Bred Roams Texas Pasture FORT WORTH, Texas, May 4. — Motorists driving the Waco highway often notice a rather aristocratic horse grazing in a small field near Crowley. He is quite lame. Little does the motorist know he is getting a glimpse of the one-time pride of A. Dawns breeding farm in Ireland. The extremely tall thoroughbred, he is over 17 hands, raced in the name of Kilbelin Traffic and is a son of Laudy Lawrences Coastal Traffic, by the fabled JHyperion. Kilbelin. Traffic was brought to Fort Worth from Hot Springs. Foaled in 1946, his racing days are over and if he can be saved for the stud, the Southwest might have another good stallion. At the moment, Kilbelin Traffic belongs to a Fort Worth druggist.
