New Jersey Notes ~ GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 4. The annex mutuels section will be open every Saturday during the spring meeting. The annex was not functioning on opening day, and the unexpectedly large crowd, 41,799, resulted in some tieups. The extra plant has now been put in condition for working every Saturday, Memorial Day and any other day when additional facilities may be needed. Jockey Colin Shaw was a one day visitor on Tuesday. The Delaware boy journeyed up from Maryland to accept two mounts at the Camden course. Two Camden youths are performing before the home folks at .Garden-State Park.; They are Henry Block and Alfred* Brown.- Brown has scored twice during the two days of racing, while Block has hit the winners circle once.
