Work on Gulfstream Stand HALLANDALE, Fla., May 4.— Final work on Gulfstream Parks grandstand addition is to get under way immediately, according to president James Donn of the Hallandale race course. All steel was erected prior to the opening of the 1955 meeting, and the job of padding this steel skeleton with mortar is the next assignment. When completed later this summer, the over-all seating capacity at Gulfstream will be increased to approximately 18,000.
