Harrell to Start Races FORT MIAMI, Maumee, Ohio, May 4. — s Orval Harrell, who hails from Oklahoma and who is an assistant starter to C. H. McMillan here, will take over the duties of starter this afternoon and will despatch the fields at Fort Miami the balance of the meeting. McMillan departed for Fair-mount Park in Illinois where he will send the fields on their way at the Collinsville course.
