L L L . 2 L L Mr. Al L. at Narragansett NARRAGANSETT PARK, Pawtucket, R. I., June 18. The first of the "big" horses, slated to contest the 5,000 added Providence Stakes Wednesday, arrived at Gansett this morning when Mr. Al L., who recently vied in the Belmont Stakes, was checked in from Aqueduct by owner-trainer Howard Weinstein. It was the beginning of the invasion of stars for the mid-week feature which will find Montpeliers Sara- toga reaching the scene Sunday morning for the meetings major stake.
