Saivator Mile and Lamplighter Head Interesting Week of Monmouth Sport " Helioscope, Fabulist, Jet 4 Action and Artismo Appear Likely for Wednesday Test MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 18. The week of racing ahead at Monmouth Park promises to provide exciting and interesting sport with the running of the Saivator Mile on Wednesday and the Lamplighter Handicap on Saturday. Helioscope, winner of four of his five starts this season and probably the No. 1 candidate for honors in the handicap division so far this year, heads the list of probable starters in the Saivator and that in itself is enough to assure a banner midweek gathering. The William G. Helis runner thrilled thousands at Belmont not long ago by winning the Suburban Handicap from High Gun in a tense stretch duel and Monmouth Park fans, doubtless will be on hand in sizable numbers to see Helioscope in this historic mile event. The Saivator, named for the famed miler of another era, is an allowance race and Helioscope will carry 126 pounds. He will be handled by Sam Boulmetis, who is currently leading the riders at Monmouth Park. There are 45 other nominees to the Saivator, from whom it is expected that eight or nine rivals for Helioscope may be drawn. : Among the more prominent contenders are i James Cox Bradys Artismo, Darby Dan ; Farms Skipper Bill, Elkcam Stables Ifa- body and Shamrock Hill, W. P. Foleys Huntsville. S. D. Gottliebs Do Report, High Tide,, Stables" Fabulist, Maine Chance ; Farms Jet Action and Alfred Roberts Eatontown. The Lamplighter, at a mile and a sixteenth, also is expected to attract a banner group of three-year-olds, many of them pointing for the Choice Stakes later in the meeting. Mrs. Irving Gushens Star Rover, who turned back a fine field in the Select Handicap last Wednesday, is going to seek a second straight feature triumph in the Lamplighter with Walter Blum doing the honors in the saddle. Bix-ers Bunnys Babe, James Cox Bradys Commonwealth, , Brookfield Farms Impromptu, Cain Hoy Stables Racing Fool, Eugene Constantins Our Prince, Craigwood Stables Craigwood, Clearwater Stables Portersville, Green Dunes -Farms Bay of Bengal n., Greentree" Stables illusionist and Breckinridge.
