IMPERIAL JAY had speed from the start and coming to the outside of PASTORAL on the stretch turn to take command, went well to the finish but was doing his best to hold LITTLE TIGER. The latter gained steadily after entering the final furlong and just failed to get up. MAD HARHAM raced fairly well up and was easily best of the rest TEDDYS REVIEW was close enough early and had no apparent excuse. PASTROL tired in the stretch.
