Phi! Milburn, Jr., Injured In Trot Mishap at Sportsmans SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., June 24. Phil Milburn, Jr., harness driver at the Chicago Downs meeting here, was thrown from his sulky when his horse, Phil Bob stumbled in the eighth race. Mil-burn tumbled from the sulky and apparently was kicked by My Scotch Belle, who ran over him and threw his driver, Fred Bach. Bach walked away from the accident which took place in the stretch but Mil- burn was carried away in a stretcher and taken to St. Anthonys Hospital. Dr. W. J. Phillips, track physician, reported his condition as serious.
