Lavender Hill in New Castle DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 23. Mrs. Charles Silvers Lavender Hill, last years champion mare, arrived here late this afternoon without warning and will be a starter in Saturdays 5,000-added New Castle Handicap. Other possibilities for the week-end mile and a sixteenth to check into local quarters today were Edward P. Taylors Canadiana and John M. Lees God Child.
