Exercise Rider Robert Haber Injured in Training Mishap ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, HI., June 24. Robert Haber, 39, an exercise rider for trainer Tracy Bougon, was seriously injured this morning during a training-track acci- dent at Arlington Park. Haber suffered . arm, shoulder and chest injuries and a fractured rib when the horse, Admiral Jose, broke away from a groom who was leading the thoroughbred to the stable area after a workout, throwing his rider. Haber, a native of New Orleans, La., will be disabled for an indefinite period. Also injured slightly in accidents this week were Robert Ridge, Long Island, N. Y., an exercise boy for the Ada L. Rice Stable, and James Caravic, Chicago, who is employed by trainer Phil G. Johnson.
