t _ Withers to Be Seen or Heard On Television and Radio - The Columbia Broadcasting System will have cameras and microphones at Jamaica this afternoon for national television and radio coverage of the Withers Stakes. Bryan Field will call the race, while Chris Schenkel will report the pre-race color and winners circle ceremonies. Air time oir television will be from 3:30 to 4:00 p. m. CDT; on radio, from 3:45 to 4:00 p. m. In the Chicago area, the Withers will be seen on television over WBBM-TV Channel 2. The National Broadcasting Company will air two races on its radio network only on the "Monitor" show. Ray Haight will describe the running of the Reggs Handicap at Pimlico between 4:00 and 4:15 p.m., and Hal Moore will call the Debonair Stakes at Hollywood Park between 7:15 and 7:30 p. m. CDT.
