Kelly, All Other Officers Retain Atlantic City Posts ATLANTIC CITY, N. J., May 11.— John B. Kelly, Philadelphia sportsman and businessman, was re-elected president of the Atlantic City Racing Association, at a meeting of the board of directors yesterday. Other Officers also re-elected included Fred C. Scholler, chairman of the board; Dr. Leon Levy, executive vice-president; Frank D. Fiore, vice-president, assistant to the president; Daniel G. Kelly, vice-presi-den; J. Griffith Boardman, treasurer; Paul J. Farley, assistant treasurer; Paul F. Har-ron, secretary and Phillip J. Baker, assistant secretary. With the exception of Farley and Baker, all officers serve on the board of directors along with Isaac D. Levy, Louis Stein and Dr. James H. Mason m.
