j Stewards Rulings CAHOKIA DOWNS, East St. Louis, HI., June 22. — The stewards here issued the following ruling today: "Groom Fred Harp, alias "Sampson," license No. 5111, is hereby suspended for the balance of the Cahokia Downs meeting for drinking and threatening a state steward. It is recommended to the Illinois Racing Board that he be suspended for life." PLEASANTON, Calif., June 24.— The stewards issued the following ruling here Friday: "For conduct detrimental to the best interest .of racing and misuse of his 1957 exercise boys license, William , Scotty Brady is suspended and his case is referred to the California Horse Racing Board. William Scott Brady is denied admittance to the stable area of the Alameda County Fair." BAY MEADOWS, San Mateo, Calif., June 22. — The stewards issued the following ruling on the final day of racing here: "For disobedience of the starters orders while riding Jimmie String in the ninth race of June 20, jockey Frank Heaney is fined the sum of 5." WOODBINE, Etibcoke, Ont., June 22. — The Ontario Racing Commission issued the following rulings: "In the sixth race on Friday, June 21, Freedom Parley was disqualified from second position and placed last for interfering with horses- on the inside in the stretch run. Jockey Patrick Remillard, who rode Freedom Parley, is suspended for five days June 24-28 inclusive for careless riding. "Trainer R. T. Barnard is fined the sum of 0 for entering the horse Iron Chassis in the second race on Wednesday, June 19 for which he was ineligible."
