Finney ta Address TCA, Participate in Open Forum LEXINGTON, Ky., June 22.— Humphrey S. Finney, president of the Fasig-Tipton Company, will address the members of the Thoroughbred Club of America, at a dinner meeting on July 2, at the Lafayette Hotel. Following the address which is titled "Selling Thoroughbreds Nationally and Internationally." Finney will be joined by Williams S, Evans, general manager of the Breeders Sales Company, in participating in an open forum on the subject of marketing thoroughbreds. George Swinebroad auctioneer, who plys his trade with-both sales organizations, will serve as moderator for the forum. Written and oral questions will be accepted from the floor during the forum, which marks the first time that officers of the two major sales organizations have appeared together at a public meeting for the purpose of discussing the mutual problems in the thoroughbred public auction field.
