TOM PAINE — A promising three -year-old who finished second in debut. Is likely to improve off that sterling performance. NAVY SHADOW— Displayed plenty of zip in last encounter and improvement can be expected in next outing. Will bear watching. EASY-ME— Set the pace to the head of the stretch in most recent essay only to weaken the final sixteenth. May visit the winners circle real soon. PROMENADE — Showed plenty of speed last time out and was barely beaten at the wire. Could click in next test. TEN-O-TWO— May make amends this week for recent defeat. Closed gamely after being away a bit tardily. MISS SUN STYLE — Turned in a strong effort in last after lacking early foot. Should she break more alertly in next may be difficult to whip.
