Stewards Rulings GOLDEN GATE FIELDS, Albany. Calif., May 1. — The board of stewards issued the following: ruling: "For practices detrimental to the best interests of racing, groom Gary B. Williams, 801J4 South Canyon Blvd.. Monrovia, Calif., is suspended and his case_ referred to the California Horse Racing Board with the recommendation that his license be revoked."
