Rings,, Rineharfs in Kentucky LEXINGTON. Ky., May 1.— John R. Ring, president of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners, and Mrs7 Ring, are guests in Lexington arid for the Derby of Kentucky State Racing Commis-tioner Sam M. Look and Mrs. Look. While here, Ring will confer with NASRC secretary, Mrs. A. E. "Billie" Smith, concerning assignments to committees and other business, of the organization. D. Eldred Rine-hart, chairman of the Maryland Racing Commission and immediate past president of the NASRC. and Mrs. Rinehart are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
