Commission Rulings Rerorted to Daily Racing Form PHOENLX Ariz., May 1 The Arizona Racing Commission issued the following rulings: "In reviewing the evidence In the case of owner-trainer William Melvin Mel Hazel, suspended for the stimulation of the horse Emery Al at Rillito Park, March 24, 1958, it is the order of this commission that the ruling of the stewards be upheld and that such suspension be extended for six 6 months from the date of ruling, terminating September 24, 1958. "In reviewing the- evidence in the case of owner-trainer Paul Leonard Oliver, it is the order of this commission that the ruling of the stewards at Arizona Downs be upheld and such suspension be extended to July 1, 1958. "In reviewing the case of exercise boy John Baxter Ford, it is the order of this commission that the ruling of the stewards of Arizona Downs, April 23, 1958, be upheld. "After reviewing the case of groom Carlos Gastelum Campas, it is the order of this commission that the ruling of the stewards at Rillito Park, of March. 24, 1958, be upheld and such suspension be terminated as of May 24, .1958. "In reviewing the evidence in the case of owner-trainer Alfred Henry Coulthard, it is the order of this commission that such suspension be terminated as of April 24, 1958. "In reviewing the evidence in the case of owner-trainer Richard Pierce "vllazelton, it is the order of this commission that the ruling of the stewards at Arizona Downs be upheld and such suspension extended to July 1, 1958."
