Pondfield Presented Plaque CRANWOOD PARK, Warrensville Heights, Ohio, May 30. In a brief ceremony following- the running of the sixth race, C. D. Welsh, president of the Ohio Racing Fans Association, presented general manager Louis Pondfield of Cranwood, with a plaque. The award was given to Pondfield as "Ohio Racings Man of the Year" for 1951 in recognition of his contribution to the turf in this state.
