Kenney, Shaffer Confer DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 10. Charles A. Kenney arrived from his Lexington, Ky., home for a conference with E. E. Dale Shaffer, president of the Detroit Race Course. Kenney has on his farm several of Shaffers mares, including Dandilly, who holds the six-furlong track record here; Sweet Patootie, who established herself at this . track; Sweet Woman, dam of Sweet Patootie; Step-wisely, dam of Bolero, and others. Kenney is also doing ome missionary work for the Stoner Creek Stud of Mrs. John D. Hertz, for which he was recently appointed manager in charge of the sale of. the farms
