1 THORNCLIFFE PARK NOTES and Racing secretary John" P. Turner- reports that the condition book for the Fort Erie meeting has been drafted and placed in the hands of the printer, St. Moritz, which is being pointed for the Detroit Derby by A. J. Abel, has been breezing satisfactorily and the young horseman reports that the star of his small stable will be ready for his engagement in the Motor City Special on June 15 barring unforseen accidents. The Abel stable will remain in Canada until St. Moritz is shipped to Detroit. Starter Tom Rowe Is holding schooling hours from 8 to 9:30 a. m. each morning at Thorncliffe and at Woodbine. Schooling at, Thorncliffe is in charge of Vincent Scott, while the work at Woodbine Park is being supervised by Clarence Ireland.
