AT FOST 4 minutes. Start poor and slow. Won driving; second and third the same. SNAP JUDGMENT responded to urging in the stretch after racing forwardly all the way and, under severe pressure, outgamed ROMNEY ROYAL in the last strides. The latter, under restraint and back of the early pace, moved up when called upon, but hung under weak handling at the end. SAINT PIERRE was rushed into command after the start, showed early speed while saving ground and had no excuses. BEL-SHAZZAR showed a good effort all the way and held on well. UCANMAYKIT had no excuses. BRED IN BLUE faltered at the end. MAURICE G. faltered under pressure. TUFTED was bothered in the early running. DUNLILT, fractious at the post, was placed on the outside, broke in motion and set a fast pace while saving ground and held his field safe to the end. AROUSED was kept close up from the start, responded to urging in the stretch run and outlasted JOYRIDE. The latter saved ground all the way and outlasted ELWAWA in the final seventy yards. The latter broke flat footed and made up some ground, but tired from its early efforts. ELDEE had no mishaps in the running. GOLD BUCKLE was forced wide rounding into the stretch but could not menace the leaders. ANNE G. was not persevered with when beaten. Overweight Anne G., 2 pounds. CARDINALIS showed an even effort. FLYANETTA set the early pace under sufferance. BRAVO CARUSO and LOYAL SON showed early speed, but quit at the end. FOURTH RACE 3-4 MILE. The latter, close up from the start, responded when placed under pressure and was wearing the winner down. CLOCKS was rushed into command after the start, saved ground all the way and had no excuses. UPSIDE DOWN, under restraint in the early running, was steered to the outside in the stretch and then closed well. NIGHT SPRITE and FIGHT TALK were outrun and had no excuses. FIFTH RACE 3-4 MILE. KNOWING forced the pace from the start on the outside, was placed under severe punishment in the stretch and came again at the end. TABITIIA saved ground all the way, made a determined bid when called upon, but hung at the finish. SUNPORT had no mishaps in the mnning TREBOR was outrun from the start. SIXTH RACE 1 1-1G MILES. DUTCH UNCLE improved his position on the inside when called upon, came to the outsde of the leader entering the stretch and was wearing the winner down. GLASTONBURY improved his position steadily from a slow beginning and closed with eood courage. BRIGHT CHANCE was close up in the early running and had no excuses. VALE OF TEARS was outrun in the early stages and closed well. DONA DULCIN shoivtd a Rash of early speed. FRANK ORMONT was taken under restraint when outrun, but could not improve his position at the end. Overweight Speed, 2 pounds; Vitox, 2.
