EVIDENCE OF TURF CHARITY SALEM, N. H., Oct. 9. Employes of the mutuel department subscribed over ,000 tc defray the funeral expenses of the late John McGill, who died as the result of injuries received when struck by an automobile. The rest of the money collected after the expenses of the funeral were paid was turned over to the widow.
