BUNTINGON hustled into the lead shortly after the start, drew away from the field on the lower turn and won as his rider pleased. BARRIDO, far back early, moved up steadily on the outside and was going gamely at the end. SALVE, closest to the early pace, held on well, but was tiring at the end. OVERSHOES took command from the start, was sent into a good lead on the lower turn, was tiring at the end and doing bis best to hold TOWSON safe. The latter worked his way into contention on the inside and finished gamely in the stretch and was wearing the winner down. NOBLE TILLER, well placed in ihe early running, was best of the others. COLOR BELL, away fast, was hustled into a long lead in the first half mile, saved ground entering the stretch and outlasted CRYSTAL FLYER for the place. CRYSTAL FLYER, well placed in the early running, lost ground by racing wide and finished gamely in the stretch. DONERINA, pinched back shortly after the start, closed tamely in the final quarter.
