The Theodore Roosevelt medal for 1936 is to go to Helen Keller and her teacher, Mrs. Anne Sullivan Macy, it was announced Wednesday by the Roosevelt Memorial Association, which makes the award annually. A prize is given each year for leadership in certain fields associated with Roosevelts career. Miss Keller is both blind and deaf.
