JACK OER SIGNS WILLIAMS PAWTUCKET, R. I., April 13. Lew Williams, well known trainer of Philadelphia, has eased himselt nicely into the New England racing picture, having taken over Woof, Royal Wager, Lambs Wool and Bluebeard, the property of Mrs. E. Rotelli, Providence sportswoman. Lew will also train for Jack Orr, Narragansctts hay and grain man, who races several head during the summer. Meanwhile, Williams still owns the old plater. General A., with which he threatens to win the first race opening day maybe!
