IDLE WORKER, hustled along from the start, held on well. CHICARO BOY improved his position rapidly after being guided to the inside for the drive, but tired after reaching the lead. APRONETTE sprinted into a good early lead, was put to strong urging when threatened, but tired rapidly near the end. BRIGHT KNOT made lip ground. PLAY-MAY tired. MOVING CLOUDS was outrun. ANBLOSSOM, away slowly and outrun for a half mile, was sent to the inside entering the stretch and finished strongly. BONNIE PAN, hustled to the front, drew clear rapidly, responded when challenged and held on well. GREYBROOM, a strong factor from the start, tired in the final eighth. EMERY, well up from the start and in close quarters, gave way in the last stages. MOTTLED made up ground. BACK FENCE, timidly ridden and taken back when in close quarters, tired after improving his position. CROWNED HEAD began well, dropped out of contention early and refused to extend himself under strong urging. SQUEEZE OUT began from outside the stalls and quit. CAPTAIN RED quit.
