ROE TO VISIT ARLINGTON WINNIPEG, Man., April 13. Charles F. Roe, assistant manager of R. James Speers Corporation, Limited, operators of the Winnipeg and Western Canada race meetings, departed for Dallas, Texas, this week to attend the Arlington Downs meeting, then he will go to San Francisco for the opening of the Bay Meadows meeting, following which he will go to Aurora, 111. On his trip Mr. Roe will be Interviewing horsemen with a view of securing some good stables to take to the Winnipeg meetings and those of western Canada.
