LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS Herbert Le Blanc took all riding honors last week and jumped into second place behind Billy Neal in the race for American riding honors for the year. However, he Is thirty winners behind Neal, the latter adding five to his record and now having ridden ninety-one winners since the first of the year. He had a five-point edge in percentage also over his nearest pursuer, averaging .23 to Le Blancs .18. The latter scored with ten mounts last week.
