ELABORATE FLORAL BLANKET ARLINGTON, Texas, April 13. In addition to the lavish silver trophy to be awarded the owner of the three-year-old winning the 5,000 Texas Derby next Saturday at Arlington Downs, an elaborate floral blanket designed by the Flower Mart of Dallas, will also be included. Mrs. E. Paul Waggoner will represent the Texas Jockey Club at the presentation and will be assisted by Mrs. W. T. Waggoner H., Mrs. Guy L. Waggoner and Mrs. A. B. Wharton, Jr.
