? f Champion Out for Season? j WAR ADMIRAL NEW YORK, N. Y., -June 16. "War Admiral will hardly run again this year," said trainer George Conway, trainer of the champion three-year-old of 1937 and "Triple Crown" winner, at Aqueduct yesterday. "The injury suffered in the Belmont Stakes has caused a complete stop in. his training, and it Is impossible to predict at this time just when he can start again. If he gets to the races again this year I will be pleasantly surprised." Trainer Conways pessimism has brought gloom to race track owners and fans. War Admiral, winner of five straight races this year, fourth American horse to win the "Triple Crown" and unbeaten in his three-year-old season, had become the greatest drawing card in racing since the days of Equipoise and his own superb sire, Man o War. i
