I LONG BRANCH TURF N0TES The pay roll of the jockeys at Long Branch for the first six days of the meeting totaled ,130. H. Lindberg led the riders in money earned when he received 35. Pat Remillard was next with 10 and G. Courtney third with 60. Stirling Young rode only four days and was fourth on the list with 10. Entries and scratches will be accepted each day at the Long Branch course during the Dufferin Park meeting. W. G. Kelly will remain here each morning until 9:15. The stable of J. G. Fair left Wednesday afternoon for Montreal, where they will remain for the Quebec season. The shipnient includes Lorraine S., Notrouble, Tabher, Tab Him, Tab Mark, Rural Shower, Mr. Peck, Madding, Bunetta, Trouble Mark and Ann Hanover. E. W. Bury, who was appointed racing secretary for the coming meeting of the Niagara Racing Association at Fort Erie, was a visito at Long Branch and distributed the condition books of the meeting among the horsemen. The book includes the conditions for the first seven days of the meet with the minimum purse of 00 and numerous events of 00 and a daily feature of ,000 or more. The Medway Stable has decided to ship a division to Rockingham Park Friday and Saturday if necessary stable accommodations can be had. The shipment will include Lord Tournament, Molasses Bob, Top High, Hot Cake, Earl Porter, Far Cry and Pee-deeque. G. W. Lucas will be left in charge of the Canadian division of sixteen head to be campaigned on the Canadian -tracks, while Ceallaigh, Kawagoe, Royal Shoot and El Bandido wil lbe disposed of to R. Primrose.
