WATTS BUYS SAND BAG HOMEWOOD, 111., June 16. R. T. Watts, who recently relinquished the training of the horses of L. Beyda and B. Skoeller, today purchased the two-year-old Sand Bag, which he will race in his own name. Terms of the sale were private. Watts expects to acquire a number of horses for William Morgan, Texas sportsman and brother of T. P. Morgan, who has a very formidable stable in New England. The William Morgan stable is likely to make its debut within a few weeks, although original plans call for the establishment in time for the California fall season. 1
