HARTMANS CLAIM VOIDED AGAWAM, Mass., June 16 The claim filed by W. V. Hartma? for Prettylass, a starter in the silks of Mrs. J. B. Bond Tuesday, was declarecl void by the stewards. The governing body ruled that Hartman was not entitled to claim since he had not started a horse during the second meeting, which got under way on the same day that claim was made. H. Kerr purchased the horses Bright Bird, Playmore and His Nibs from "Sport" Haymaker at Suffolk Downs and is shipping his new acquisitions here.
