RUN DWYER STAKES SATURDAY Sceneshifter, Rudie, Brooklyn, Fencing, Strabo and Ptolemy Among Probable Starters. NEW YORK, N. Y., June 16. Indications are that the Dwyer Stakes will attract a field of seven for its renewal at Aqueduct Saturday, and the ones that are most likely to go after the prize are Sceneshifter and Fencing, which race for Maxwell Howard; William H. Gallaghers Rudie, winner of the Shevlin over Sceneshifter; Mrs. C. Oliver Iselins improved Strabo, Miss E. G. Rands Merry Maker, C. V. Whitneys Black Look or Ptolemy and Edward R. Bradleys Brooklyn. Should all named go to the post, it will have a value of 4,450. It is a gallop of a mile and a furlong and over such a route Sceneshifter will have an excellent chance to wipe- out his Shevlin defeat. At the same time the additional furlong will lessen the chances of the son of Reigh Count and Daunt for he is famed principally for sprinting speed, even though he won the Shevlin.
