I WASHINGTON PARK NOTES The first issue of the Arlington Park condition book will be ready for distribution among horsemen on Saturday. Charles "Irish" OConnor and Ike Hynes will head a delegation of 200 members of the Cincinnati Turf and Field Club, which will attend the American Derby here on Saturday and the Braddock-Louis fight on the following Tuesday. Another 200 members, of the organization will join the group for the fight. Miss Firefly, which R. O. Higdon recently purchased from F. G. Orr, arrived from Kansas City. W. F. Flanigan, son of J. J. Flanigan, trainer of the Valdina Farms stable, is here vacationing with his father He came from Louisville. Dark Rascal and Jackstaff, trained by F. S.eroy; Eastern Ruler, in charge of R. Sal-vino, and. Mynah and Pink Petunia, the property of T. R. Marullo, got away for Omaha. 1 z, a
