SEABISCUIT LEAVES FOR EAST ON THURSDAY SAN MATEO, Calif., April 19. The West Coast will bid adieu to the mighty Seabiscuit Thursday afternoon. He will get away at 2 p. m. and travel by Union Pacific, via Reno, Ogden, Cheyenne and Chicago. Two carloads of horses, all of which will bear the C. S. Howard colors in the East, will accompany Seabiscuit. The lot will be in charge of trainer Tom Smith and will be consigned to Pimlico, where Seabiscuit will be a starter in the Dixie Handicap if he ships well. Jockey "Red" Pollard will go east to ride Seabiscuit in the Dixie and in his match race with War Admiral.
