GEORGE PALMER TO BEULAH HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 19. George Palmer, who is serving in the judges stand at Havre de Grace, has been appointed to relieve T. C. Bradley as presiding steward at Beulah Park, from May 16 to May 30, when the latter will be filling a similar position at Charles Town, W. Va. Palmer, before going to Columbus, will serve as starter at Radnor, Pa., for a two-day hunt meeting to be staged May 11 and 14.
