EXPLOSION INJURES TWO PHILADELPHIA, Pa., April 19. Three chemical tanks at the Barrett Company plant, one being a 75,000-gallon tank of creosote, exploded when the latter overturned and caught fire. As a result two workmen were seriously burned and six firemen were injured. The United States arsenal is located near the Barrett works.
