APPOINT FLOYD McKENNEY SAN MATEO, Calif., April 19. Floyd Mc-Kenney, well known San Francisco racing official, has been appointed placing judge at the new Inglewood race track. McKenney was notified of his appointment by Ed Soule, director of racing at the new plant, who was a visitor here Saturday afternoon.
