SANDY BILL drew away into a long lead, was rated along steadily, saved ground all the way, but was doing his best at the end. SPEED, in near pursuit of the early pace, moved up steadily entering the stretch, but faltered in the final eighth. NO NANE was steered up on the outside rounding the stretch turn and finished fast. SEMAPHORE was outrun early, but finished with good courage. DARK PRINCE was shuffled back while on the inside in the early running. HIGH IMAGE raced evenly throughout. GRAND JESTER could not keep up. OUTBOARD worked her way up on the outside, came Around the leaders entering the stretch and finished well on the outside. LACE REIGH was outrun early, saved ground entering the stretch and finished well. SWING TIME showed early speed while saving ground, but tired badly when placed under pressure entering the stretch. The latter forced the pace from the start, disposed of KING COTTON and held on well to the end. CAPULET, a forward factor all the way, finished with determination. KING COTTON was rushed up fast on the outside, assumed command, but quit badly in the stretch. HASH raced greenly from the start. WEST HADDON dwelt at the start and was away slowly. GREY FLUFF, in nearest pursuit of the pace from the start, was placed under pressure entering the stretch, but could not overhaul the leader and tired. MERRY LASSIE displayed high early speed while saving ground and had no mishaps. INHALE was taken in hand when outrun and made up some ground through the final eighth. LOLSCHEN raced forwardly from the start, made a determined bid when straightened out, but hung after getting to the leader. PRE WAR raced close up, but on the outside from the start and had no excuses. GREAT BLAZE moved up with determination rounding the far turn and faltered. FRISCO KID had no excuses. MAD DUCHESS was outrun. TEDDY BEAU showed a flash of early speed. DISTRACTING wheeled to the inside at the start and galloped far back of his field. PATTI wheeled lit the start and was pulled up. Overweight Distracting, 3 pounds.
