NO CAUSE FOR COMPLAINT If C. S. Howard and Samuel D. Riddle, owners of Seabiscuit and War Admiral respectively, followed the example of Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney they would not complain when 130 pounds was assigned their turf champions by the handicappers. Mr Whitney sent Equipoise to the post thirteen times with weight ranging, from 130 to 135 pounds.
