1 ASCOT PARK TURF NOTES ] s $ Additional stables from Beulah Park that have made stall reservations here include those of William McCabe, C. Shafer, Jerry Bronnenberg, Ray Dolloway, D. R. Clark, and W. Jones. Tommy Daly, who presides at the public address system at all major tracks in Maryland and at Wilmington, Del., will be at the mike for the first two days of the Ascot Park meeting— May 28 and 30. F. H. Sproule will then take over and Daly will leave for Wilmington, where a meeting opens early in June. Among the first horses to arrive for the nineteen-day meeting was Polisher, owned by S. Hudson of Cleveland. Polisher did not run at Beulah Park. Other of Hudsons horses to arrive in the same shipment were Lanvoila. Nosdua First, Chance Time, Western Chance, First Justice, and Prince Jewell. The stable of J. Keefe, Jr., which will | race at Ascot, campaigned in Havana last winter. Rock Coventry, Gentleman Jack, Blade Edge, Flaming Torch, Emma Bly and Those are some of Keefes better horses.
