ASCOT PARK TURF NOTES ] Dr. F. W. Ashe, who will be the presiding steward at Ascot, was for seventeen years a steward for the Havana-American Jockey Club. He was at one time the veterinarian for the Brooklyn Police Department. Flush, the famous handicap horse belonging to W. A. Adams of Cleveland, is expected to arrive at Ascot this week. Earl Wheatley will race his best two at Ascot, also. Lightin Bill and Colonel Jr. Despite the fact that the Deahl stables Fast Move is finding a tough time getting a race at Beulah Park because of his speed, Ascot Park will do everything but throw a party for him when he arrives. R. Hudson, another Clevelander, shipped his Don Pablo to Ascot, where it is now stabled.
