THIRD TERM PREDICTION CLEVELAND, Ohio, Oct. 12. The prediction that President Roosevelt will run for a third term if he is absolutely convinced he will win was made here today by Gen. Hugh Johnson, former NRA administrator. "But if he thinks there is even a 50-50 chance he may be defeated, nothing in the world could make him violate our great American tradition," Johnson told a retail grocers gathering.
