LINDBERGH SILENT ON CHARGES BERLIN, Germany, Oct. 12. Col. Charles A. Lindbergh has decided to treat with cold silence the charges of Soviet airmen that he "lied" in allegedly belittling the "Red" air force, it was learned today. The American flyer had been considering writing a letter to Moscow to clear up the matter, but abandoned the idea. Colonel Lindbergh studied the Soviet charges .after todays session of the Lielenthal Scientific Society.
