STEFFEN RESUMES RIDING LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 12. The veteran rider. Earl Steffcn, under engagement to the Valdina Farms, had his first mount in two months on opening day here. Steffcn has been inactive since the Washington Park meeting, when Bicnchance fell with him.
