GRAND DUKE CYRIL DIES PARIS, France, Oct. 12 Grand Duke Cyril, who as head of the Romanov family claimed to be Czar of all the Russians, died at the American Hospital here today. The grand duke was a victim of gangrene. Members of the deposed Russian royal family were at his side.
