MARKS NEW RIDER LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 12. The contract held by N. J. Scallon on Martin Bletzacker has been purchased by Leo J. Marks, according , to trainer A. G. Woodman. Bletzacker, who has had about forty mounts, has never ridden a winner and looms ,as a bright prospect. The agreement has two years before expiring.
